Yantis KTV Seafood and Restaurant was owned and managed by Sharinbin Hamid. They just started to operate on January 2006. Their staff was well trained in dealing customer service, they assists whatever order might the customer wants to be served. They operate Mondays thru Fridays at 10:00 am until 11:00 pm.

This is the dining area, the food was great and yet affordable to all customers. The customers can obtain LUNCH COMBO MEAL during lunch time for only P69.00. It includes 2 pieces of buttered chicken, Canton guisado/Chopsuey, Regular softdrinks iced tea with unlimited rice.

The KTV bar open at 6:00-9:00pm. Each person must pay P100.00. Drinks is already included in the P100.00 charge.

Pasalubong Dizon Farms Davao is a corporation owned by a Dizon family. Itâ€™s been a long time since this business was started to operate because they just open in the year 1997. I find this store quite interesting since they usually sell Candies, Jams and Pastries like Durian Polvoron, Durian Yema, Durian Candy, Mango Jam, Mangosteen Candy, Barquiron and Pomelo fruit for Pasalubong. The store hours open around 8:00 am till 8:00 pm, Mondays thru Fridays.

Bed and Breakfast (Pension House) is located at the No.10 Ruby street, Marfori Heights in Davao City, Davao Del Sur in Mindanao, Philippines. I spoke with Shirley, a member of the staff at the Bed and Breakfast. She indicated that there are three rooms in their establishment.

One room can accommodate two people. This room has a television, refrigerator and an air conditioner. The cost per day for this room is P 800.00. This room is located upstairs.

One room can accommodate three people. This room has a television, refrigerator and an air conditioner. The cost per day for this room is P1, 200.00. This room is located upstairs.

P 1,200 Room

One room can accommodate four people. The room has a television, refrigerator and an air condition. The cost per day for this room is P 1, 500.00. This room is on the ground floor.

P 1,500 Room

Shirley indicated each additional person staying in the rooms will be charged an additional P50.00 for the breakfast and P200.00 additional for the room.

There is a kitchen in the Bed and Breakfast. Hotel guests may bring food to the kitchen and have it prepared for them by the staff. The staff will also obtain food for the guests and prepare it.

Kitchen Area

There is a Tambayan area near the kitchen. This closely translates to porch or picnic area. There is a picnic table for the use of guests.
