Fall Festival in Oblong Illinois is here again. The Fall Festival is the largest annual night time parade in the state of Illinois. It has marching bands and floats and this year it had nearly two hundred groups entered in the parade.

I was happy to have friends with me this year to enjoy the festival and later the parade. Randy Gibler of Oblong was here and the Rogers family; Gordon, Cherry and their daughter Maria from Fort Branch Indiana spent the day in Oblong at the event with us.
